One mom was praised for her easy pacifier hack that keeps kids from arguing about just about anything.
The savvy woman has shown how she’s going to avoid feuds over Christmas movies this year by writing a plethora of options on wooden sticks.
When movie night arrives, one of her kids will pick a stick from the set for that night.
She uploaded a photo of a few examples of lollipop sticks and said, “I decided to do the same to avoid arguments over choosing a Christmas movie.
“24 to choose from. “
The lollipop hack can also be a game-changer when it comes to choosing dinner.
Mum Lou Kirsty Yeoman created her own special menu board and made a box of all her favorite dishes written on lollipop sticks.
“No thinking about what to do each day, pick a stick and that’s what we have. “
Lou said she spotted a similar menu board on a Slimming World group and decided to give it a try for herself.
Mom runs her own vinyl sticker printing business, so she was able to easily print the days of the week in gold letters.
She then added them to a chalkboard, with screws and string to hang on the wall, and glued clips next to each day to add the lollipop sticks.
Lou then sat down to think about all the meals she knows her family enjoys.
Many people were very impressed with his menu board, one said, “I plan to do something like this for chores around the house for the kids.
“I never thought of making one for meals too.”
And another added: “It’s a great idea.”
Meanwhile, we shared how a thrifty mom created an amazing playhouse under the stairs for her daughter using items from B&Q under £ 100.
And another mom has revealed how she is feeding her family for just 97 pence a head.
