Gina and her husband Karl grabbed their huge line on their Instagram page, The Daly Dish, reinterpreting the so-called ‘daring food’ and making them less naughty, after using her own delicious tips for tasting homemade dupes for McDonalds and all of our favorite takeaways while managing to lose weight.
And according to Gina, you can cook almost any Slimming World or Weight Watchers meal when you know how.
She tells RSVP, “I use leaner meats, less fat and less oil. Everything is compatible with Slimming World and Weight Watchers.”

And her passion for food has rubbed off on her own daughter, as she reveals that 12-year-old Holly has now created her own page online and is already growing in popularity.
“My 12 year old daughter Holly started an Instagram page called The Little Dish where she tries to encourage kids to try new things and cook more for themselves. By doing it herself, she also tastes a lot more. of food. “
Gina herself was thrown into the kitchen after losing her mother at a young age, completely changed her relationship with food.
“My mother died when I was young, so when she passed away I remember thinking ‘What are we going to do?” She explained.
